We have recently discovered that some of our customers’ transactions are not showing up in their accounts. Our investigation has uncovered a coding error in the software used to scan items processed at our branches. We immediately implemented a dual review process to manually verify deposits and withdrawals posted to your account as we work with our vendor to resolve the issue.
